R&D capabilities

From concept to implementation – integrated engineering support

Our R&D department is a cross-functional team of engineers, designers and technologists who support clients at every stage of cable and connector development — from initial idea to production launch. We design, model, prototype and test based on functional, environmental and regulatory requirements.

With in-house design and manufacturing resources, we deliver highly customized cable constructions, connector solutions and plastic components — fully aligned with the needs of industrial and medical sectors.

Custom Cable Design

We offer full custom cable design services, including the selection of conductors, insulation, shielding, and outer jackets, as well as the integration of connectors, ferrules and housings.

Our team uses 3D modeling to simulate cable assemblies and connector elements, allowing rapid visualization and early-stage verification before prototyping.

Prototyping – 3D Printing & Small Batch Assembly

We support fast development cycles with in-house 3D printing capabilities using both FDM and resin (SLA/DLP) technologies.

This allows us to quickly produce housings, inserts or strain reliefs in several variants without the need for costly tooling. We also build small prototype batches — ideal for sampling, testing or early-stage user feedback.

Integrated Design for Molds & Electronics

Bridging plastic tooling and PCB design at the R&D stage

Our R&D team supports the early-stage design of custom injection-molded components (such as connector housings or strain reliefs) and PCB layouts for cable assemblies with integrated electronics.

We offer:

  • 3D modeling and prototyping of plastic parts prior to mold development,

  • design-for-manufacturing (DFM) support for moldable connector designs,

  • development of signal, power and indicator PCBs in line with IPC-A-610 Class 2 standards.
    We work closely with certified EMS partners to deliver high-reliability electronic solutions in industrial and medical environments.

In-House Tooling Support

Our in-house tooling workshop enables fast turnaround for custom assembly fixtures, test adapters and small-scale molds.

We support fast-track prototyping, functional test jigs, special crimping tools and custom termination components tailored to unique cable projects.
